Default Development Adjacent to Noth End of The Villages
A housing development on Hwy 42 has been approved by Marion County.

The development, to be located across Hwy 42 from the First Baptist Church at The Villages, will have 744 single-family residences and 770 multi-family apartments with a commercial area along Hwy 42.
