We sold our house in Oregon in May, with similar circumstances. We immediately started doing zoom calls with the realtor and as we were in route, we signed a contract for purchase. Realtor took care of everything virtually. Best thing we ever did. Love our new house and has a fabulous view of a lake and fenced yard (Veranda in village of Hawkins).
