The fact that this technology could be sold is quite scary. I read a book by David Kaplan a few years ago about the gassing of the Tokyo subway in 1995.
In that book, the extemist group that did this vile act wanted and were searching for nuclear weapons instead of sarin. They were so close and if they only had another million or so they could have purchased it....I cannot imagine the buyers out there WITH MONEY looking for this technology if they dont already have it.
