Actually, there was lying during the hearing. She also drew out the hard scaping to make it look like it didn’t go over the property line. They bought it and approved it. And BTW - her drawing didn’t show how much space there was between the hard scaping and property line. When I submitted my own landscaping for approval, it got denied at first because I did not show these measurements. Double standard, not following their own rules
