Default Landscaping woes
Pictures are worth 1000 words. Take pics of the area in question when you have your sprinklers on. Then find out when their sprinklers are on and take pics. Be sure to capture your house in the pics. If your water is watering their landscape then you have proof to send to the ARC. There are many ways to dispute but this may be the least expensive.
