Just curious as to what they "inspect" and in the villagers opinions if one company is better than another. I would "assume" that being recommended by my villager realtor that it is a "reputable" company and that the inspection will include everything from plumbing to electrical to termites to vinyl siding etc etc.

As again i thank you for helping as to your opinions and yet another "decision" as to the many "contractors" as to yard maintaince, vinyl siding "washing?", landscaping, bug prevention and other "things" that us as homeowners have to decide on "who" to depend on for a good reputation.
