This man, and I use that term loosely, really deserves to be hauled up short by either the authorities or in a court of law. Apparently, others saw this happening. Agree with response except where his house should be picketed and his dog euthanized even if not rabid. First let legal recourse deal with the a-hole and second we don’t know why dog bit him so let’s not jump to conclusions
