So thinking the neighbors dog should be put down cause it broke you’re skin. Maybe you was at fault approaching the dog?

Lot people don’t understand don’t approach strange dogs on leash with owners or in their home. Any terrier’s have sharp teeth and can open up wound when playing. Some people have rescued dogs that has been abused and they don’t trust strangers. So, just cause it’s small and cute don’t mean can approach it with hand out. If so may be bitten.
