The much narrower drainage inserts in the northern area remind me of inverted speed bumps, or speed depressions, that are back jarring. The wider ones in the southern areas are much better on the back, and the carts suspension.
One thing that really jumped out to me was the absolute lack of signage directing golf carts from the bridge going into Brownwood to get to Buena Vista North. If one is familiar with the area, i guess I t’s no big deal. But for infrequent travelers in that area it’s like trying to navigate a maze. I had a hard time finding the way dead sober in bright daylight, I can only imagine someone leaving City Fire after a long night? It blew my mind how non existent the signage is!

I don't have any trouble at all navigating with The Village GPS.
