so any of you villages sleuths have ideas on what type of home will be built in this new section? Judging from past villages it appears the developer tries to put some of every model home in the village. Richmond will be close to brownwood and i am sure will be very popular when it comes online. I'm wondering because of that if the developer will forgo the smaller cheaper models and opt for the designer homes and upper end courtyard villas?
I did see a recent video speculating about courtyard villas going into a small section of richmond. If the video is accurate, it looks like they will be modeled after what they put in chitty chatty where are each home will but up against wetlands/nature area. Thoughts?????
