So you see a serious flaw, to You, and warn people not to buy? Consumer alert, or think people are just not smart enough to research on their own, before they spend over $500,000.

Bonus about playing golf in TV is you can play near your home, or travel over an hour to play a different course. Up north we play at our club, which took us 45 minutes to drive by car. Same 27 holes every week for $$$ every month, plus the buy in. No matter where you live in TV, you can play golf without needing a buy in membership. We like Southern Oaks, just as well as most of the other championships.

I have known for many years, there is a turnpike, prison, a mine, sinkholes, bugs, snakes, and not a grocery within walking distance to a house. A golf course may be 20 minutes away, But I am ok with that. Percentage of unhappiness in TV seems to be very low, after buying.

I do applaud the public service announcement, but I don’t think that many are taking your advice. Plus buying a preowned is few and far between, and who has the time to wait years to buy a preowned.
