I have contacted the OP with the name and address of what I believe is the perp's get away driver. Let's hope he returns to this thread with an update.
My confidence level of this ID is at 90%.
Absolutely everything that any of you needed to do this was contained in the OP's original post.

He was fairly close to the park, an easy cart ride. People are foolish if they think that they can't be found out with virtually any information. I think it took me less than fourteen minutes to locate him.
