Normal for this time of year (dry season). The retention ponds are used for flood control, as well as irrigation for the golf courses and common areas. Without rain, the levels in the ponds will draw down. Plus, they have the ability to transfer water amongst the ponds. Once the rains come, you will see the ponds fill up quickly. In fact, it is common to see sprinklers running at all times of the day during the rainy season to help draw the water down, especially if a major rain event is predicted. Again, all good and all normal.
