For the most part that is true because when you look at them during the day all you hear is construction noise. We made a visit to these areas on a Sunday night and were shocked at how loud it is. We are really surprised that these houses are still selling like crazy even with the loud highway noise.
Besides the crazy prices of new and used home is anyone concerned about these homes down the road?

TV is a big place, and the differences between the areas can be quite dramatic. If you haven't driven around and checked them out, you should before you buy. The older neighborhoods by Spanish Springs, are lovely in their way, and quite different from the slightly newer areas just south of 466, north of Palmer, and that area is slightly different from the area just south of Sumter Landing to 466A, and that area is different from the Brownwood-Pinellas-Hillsborough area, and on and on.
Do yourselves a favor and spend some time checking them out, if you haven't already.
