Being older and hearing the original recordings all my life and attending expensive live performances by the pretenders just don't cut with me.
I guess as a kid, I attended to many great original concerts from the great ones.

I was at the Eagles tribute concert last year and thought it was excellent. It brought back lots of memories. A decade ago I went to the Beatles tribute concert called Rain, and it was amazing. Some bands are much better at it than others.
The Villages own Beatles tribute band, Beatlemaniacs, is great fun.
