Try Tim Word, Word Landscaping. He does my mowing, trimming and weeding. He also takes care of my fountain and pond. He does all kinds of landscaping at a reasonable price. My yard has never looked so good. He shows up every Monday, even in the winter. I'm sure he could plant your palms as I've asked him about adding plants to my landscaping.
