The driveways get pretty nasty looking from mold/dirt etc., over time. We just had ours power washed 6 months ago and it's beginning to accumulate discoloration already from the leaves that have dropped or blown over onto it - and then gotten wet. We're too old and not in shape to be out there with a blower or rake all the time. Power washing every year isn't something I could budget for on our income either.
