I have the opposite of a castiron stomach and I always wonder about the clowns preparing the food - do they have CV or something else and sneeze in the food? I never really enjoy a restaurant meal because it wastes a lot of time and costs too much. As far as an "experience" goes, I would rather use my money on the experience of going out to a movie or even a concert as compared to a
restaurant. If I am forced to go out to eat, I will choose Subway because I can see that they have gloves on and you can see them preparing the food. Also, the wait time is normally much less - the food always tastes good to me and I can season it however I want and I have never gotten sick there.
........I just wrote this to show that restaurants do NOT appeal universally to everyone. If it works well for someone else - more power to them. But, as proven by the subject of this thread.......restaurant-goers can not expect a great experience all the time. They will have to learn to accept the bad experience with the good ones.
