Here's the follow up on my problem:

First, Microsoft sent me code today after waiting 2 months for resetting my computer via cell phone from changing over from my house phone.
I always thought the wait was a security protocol waiting for a code to unlock a Bitlocker app. (which I didn't I sign up for.)

It turn out the code didn't work from Microsoft for my sign-in.

So I reset my computer 2 months from when the problem started and I can now sign in.

What do you think that was all about?

Microsoft problem, windows 11 problem, windows11 update problem or a software problem???
