Thank you for your comments and if anybody has a solution, or another tax program that actually will import the 1099 from Schwab, please let me know.
I think I'll be transferring my stocks over to either etrade or fidelity since I had no problem importing those 1099s

You don't need to enter every transaction. The 1099 totals and consolidates the data into about 5 different categories for the tax forms. The investment company sends you a statement which includes every transaction, but also sends a consolidated 1099, which is easy to enter the required data from manually. It only takes a few minutes to enter the required data.
