I listened to the President speak this morning before I went to a seminar hosted by my employer. The speaker was teaching management how to manage and had degrees in mediation and facilitation. As he shared his ground rules I was surprised at how much his talk aligned with what the president said. "Find common ground" "Listen to anothers culture""Support your beliefs".

We know what to do, we teach what to do, but we fear doing it.
