Whether Fido pees or poops, and whether you pick up his "marbles" is mostly irrelevant. The problem is neither you nor Fido should be on the neighbors lawn to begin with. Simply put, I stay out of your yard, and you should stay out of mine. Common courtesy and respect for you neighbors. And there are no excuses, like "dogs wander". Your dog is on a leash and can only go where you allow. 100% dog owners responsibility and within owners ability to control.

Perfectly said. If only people would adhere to what you suggest. But it will not happen. I live on a corner lot. We spent a lot of money on landscaping to decorate the side property including rock walls. Dog owners allow their dogs to abuse my property everyday. Everyday! I've banged on windows, given dirty looks. To no avail. Most of these trespassers are from other streets and I don't know them. No I'm not going to run out and chase them up the street to tell the what they already know. Stay on your own property.
