We enjoyed the performance. A few thoughts.

John Lodge still has it. His voice is not the same but I didn't expect it to be. I would have been OK with a younger musician taking over the role. I love their music more than the musicians. Jon Davison did a great job as you will see in the video. He's the one on the right.

The song list was a little strange. I didn't recognized several tunes. The last few times I saw the Moody Blues the song list was almost exactly what the performed at Red Rocks in 1992.

I would have preferred they performed at the Sharon which has a better sound system. A lot of the tunes seemed to reverberate very loudly.

I was a little surprised at how short the show was at just over an hour, with no opening band and prices around $80 for what is basically a tribute band.

As a lifelong Moodies fan, I've always preferred their "deep cuts." For me, that's the case with pretty much all bands - the true treasure lies in the lesser known songs, in my opinion, so I was overjoyed to hear the more obscure songs.
