Default Czars
What is up with all these czar appointments? We have at least 15 of them at last count. Is this a way to skirt the scrutiny of a congress approval? Why have a congress approved cabinet when you can appoint a CZAR who may have secrert past like tax evasion? can anybody shine a light on this phenomenom?
