I'm not trying to be negative because I do believe TV is a great place to live, but there is a huge difference in how the developer does business now compared to before they crossed over 44.. In the past you would never see a development being built without "ALL" the amenities being put in 1st... now it's sell the homes and then put in Rec. centers, pools, and golf courses the residents can wait |
