I did your suggested wording and got nothing other than those two identical stories, paywalled. I did find a report from the Florida Dept of Health from Mar 15 that did not show a single county over 100%.

The phenomenon of some Zip codes having too many reported vaccines is not new. You can
read a report, not paywalled, from Sep 2021 on how one zip code in Dade county had a vaccine rate of 2700%
