This is not entirely true either.
In some case that did happen, the over reporting, but in most it didn't. There are guidelines for diagnosing cause of death, legal guidelines. And, most doctors actually try to do their job and accurately determine cause of death. If there are comorbidity, there are guidelines how to rank them.
Of course mistakes happen, of course some people lie. But, the numbers published are the most accurate that we have, and the CDC is working very hard to make sure they are right.
In order for there to be a conspiracy there would have to have been people from all over the world working to convince people of the lies. I don't buy it, you are not getting millions of healthcare workers from all over the world to agree to lie about why people died.
