You are so right about those yukky cream colored cabinets. I have them in my manufactured home and got an estimate from a professional on painting them. I cant remember the price but it was totally outrageous and Im sure my jaw dropped when he gave me the estimate. I talked to a friend who has flipped a few houses and she told me that it would not be difficult to paint them myself. She told me they would have to be primed first before repainted.
I think Im going to give it a try on my next trip down. They cant get any worse then they are now and it will probably be a huge improvement.

Ill let you know how they come out.

I have seen quite a few manufactured homes that do have updated kitchens and they look great! Have you checked them out online? The prices for some beautifully updated manufactured homes are surprisingly low right now!
