If you use a management company, avoid Down Home. They are not responsive to phone calls, emails or any other sort of communication. While they are quite good at taking their substantial cut of the rent, they fall short in doing repairs, properly vetting tenants or in adjusting things such as the sprinkler system. Their negligence caused me thousands of dollars.
