If they attempt to ID me they will fail, and lastly if they try to detain me they will face civil charges for wrongful arrest and kidnapping! Traffic laws can only be enforced by legally appointed law enforcement personnel. This is a terrible idea that will have profound negative effects on the quality of life here in TV.
