There has been a tradition as old as dirt that a previous president refrain from criticizing the present Commander in Chief. Unfortunately, Jimi Carter decided to stop this tradition and shoot his mouth off every where he went. Apparently, the lamest president in recent memory found it easier to criticize then to actually govern.
Dick Cheney has every right to voice his opinion especially since the current occupant of the White House does not know how to accept responsibility and blame everything wrong on his predecessor.
