Mel, we can't wait until you get here. It will be so much fun. 
Nonie, yes it is new and, no, its outside but under the overhang so we won't get rained on and there's a nice breeze in Hadley, so that helps keep us somewhat cool while dancing. Just tons of fun! Wish you were here.
