This sounded suspect so I did some digging. The link shows the 5 year turnpike construction plan for central florida through 2027. Widening (to 4 lanes each direction) of the turnpike between 27 + 19 (4 miles) is on the books for 2026. That's all I see.

How you could claim that a project not even in the planning stages includes sound walls is beyond me.
