We had our home robbed 6 years back of about $6,000 worth of machine tools while we were gone over a weekend. It would have taken about 1/2 hour to load up all of that. Since then I have had a DISGUST for the idea that the Community Watch is a VALUABLE deterrent to crime. it is PERSONAL with me! I think they are just "window dressing" and a "paper tiger".
