Not that it matters to the discussion, but in many cases, there is NO surgical alteration... Lia Thomas has not had any surgery...

Ranked 460 something as a male swimmer just over a year ago... Now ranked #1 as a woman... Sure...Let's go with that...

Hope all that support this have a daughter/granddaughter who loses out on a scholarship or place on the Olympic team because of this... (See how that works both ways?)
