Other than everything being wrong, your post is almost okay. Talk to your vet. If you put your hand on the road surface and it hurts, you WILL burn your dogs paws if you walk them on it.

Our vet tells stories how so many owners bring in pups with burned paws from walking on pavement. My suggestion was a version of her suggestion, which was to place your hand on the pavement.

So, if you don't mind, I will take the advice of a person that is trained and experience in dog care over a random stranger on the internet.
