Charlieo, remember who you are talking to. You are comparing pampered, air conditioned, winter warmed, golf cart riding, stroller and purse carried creatures to tough, fit, adapted to their environment dogs. Someone here has a farm/ranch guard dog. Bet he has some paws that aren't afraid of a few minutes walking the streets.
