I was going to say that but was afraid someone would jump all over me again.

Years ago I had my home for sale at a price the real estate people said was too high. I got my price with the first offer but he wanted me to throw in my sit-down lawn mower, snow-thrower and my pool table. I immediately accepted the offer as I wasn't going to bring those things to my new Condo anyways. It was a win-win situation.
