The whole point of my thread was really comparing how the press tries to paint a rosy picture when the administration of their choice is in office.
When President Bush took office we were in the Clinton recession and he never got any credit even though we pulled out of it and the country sustained positive growth for over 6 years and millions were added to payrolls.
