Not because they stated their opinion. Because they stated that they were going to fight the state officials who were elected to enact laws like the one Disney started railing against. If the state of Florida has basically carved out a tax break for you, you really shouldn’t start trying to fight the state on its properly passed laws. At least I wouldn’t.
