Except on their latest outage map at around 530PM or so it showed 4AM tomorrow. All depends on when you looked at it.
Started out at 4:07PM then 7:00PM then 4AM but actually came back at 7PM.
EDIT: In fact, now, 800PM it still says "impaired service" 4AM for full restoration.
