You're going to find those types of people wherever. Back in Minnesota I carried a pistol every time I stepped out of the house, and we lived in a town that only a decade or so before had been voted as one of the ten most livable cities in America! If you stay "inside the bubble", I tend to agree. But if you venture "off campus"?

It can get a bit sketchy in certain areas...
