Having had rentals I agree with your comment. Friends and business is not good and like you found out they are no longer your friends. I wouldn’t let anyone use your golf cart that is not covered by your insurance. If you do that’s a recipe for disaster. I rented my home when I first bought it and didn’t let anyone use my cart. I provided them with a few cart rentals instead.
