We did a day trip there last year. Would do it again.

Has a tee shirt, antique, arts & crafts, restaurant type shopping area about 6 blocks long. The old fort is very interesting and takes about two hours to do - it is a National Park and 62 & over can buy a pass for $10 good in all NP's for life for holder and party. Also has the Golf Hall of Fame.
