Personally, I think there are specific cases that it should be legal, but most cases, especially 2nd or 3rd term, unless for the life of the mother, should be banned. Just my opinion.

That 75% is with strict limitations. Usually in the first trimester. A pesky little fact that is ignored by many having this discussion...
