Folks, it has nothing to do with "women's rights." It's about STATES RIGHTS. The SC doesn't give a rat's @** about whether or not a woman wishes to use abortion as a means of birth control. It absolutely does have to do with women’s rights. What the court is deciding is whether women have a constitutional right to privacy which extends to a right to have an abortion. If women do have that constitutional right then the States cannot prohibit abortion. If they do not have the right then it is up to the States to decide. But the decision is whether or not the right exists in the constitution.

Repeating my point from earlier today, the last time a human rights decision was left up to the States it didn’t work out well.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
