I am very pi$$ed at the AAC for granting additional amenity rights without any corresponding increase in available amenities. IMHO, the AAC really dropped the ball in that regard.

So, the possibility of an extra 90 people, most, if not all, of whom will never use the lap pools will have a severe impact on the pools which already serve what? 20, 30K people who currently live in the immediate SS area?
