Default Villages roofs unfortunately have to be replaced

The issue isn’t just that roofs are aged and brittle. The issue revolves around the fact that FL insuring companies (carriers) aren’t renewing policies (unless roof replaced of course) based on so many folks putting in claims 2018-2021.

Some of those claims were legitimate, but many of the field adjusters who approved them should not necessarily have done so. There were also some roofing companies sending inexperienced kids into TV to sell roofs to everyone without trying providing a proper inspection as a contractor.

We have never done that in TV’s and have always provided top service to all. Honest inspections and service.
