Note sure what you are planning on doing. If you are looking to remove the existing sides and replace with something else, there are several online golf cart accessory sites that may have something like what you may want. If you are looking to change the COLOR of the existing sides, it may be possible to paint these, most plastics and fiber glass can be painted with spray paints.
