They sent someone out to snake the line and charged me $200 dollars. The next time we ran the washing machine it did it again so I called them back and they said they do not guarantee their work so I would have to pay another $200. I would like to find out if there are others in my area that are experiencing the same issue because this sounds like an issue with the swing check valve being faulty at time of installation. If you or someone you know is having this same problem, please let me know. I am not going to continue to pay for something they can't fix by snaking the line. Thanks
I hope your experience with this plumber also demonstrates why to not use them again. I had a similar incident - a basic fix small leak on kitchen faucet, faucet not taken apart, said I need new one and charged $100. For nothing?
